Our Hospital/Nursing Home Visitation Team supports and encourages Grace family members by “just being there.”  They may also provide care through prayer and brief conversation as they visit during a patient's hospital stay. Please contact Pastor Bob Zonts if you are interested in serving in this ministry.

Memorial Service Assistance Team comforts and serves the family and friends of a loved one who has died.  Realizing each situation is unique, this could include assisting in coordination and setup for a memorial service and/or a post-memorial service reception here at Grace.  Please contact Pastor Bob Zonts if you are interested in serving in this ministry.

Bread of Life - Bread of Life is a ministry designed to provide meals for those who have just welcomed a baby into their family, had surgery or an extended illness, lost a loved one, and other special circumstances. If you are able and willing to be called upon to provide a meal for someone in need, please contact Pastor Bob Zonts. Please remember that meals do not have to be homemade. They can also be purchased or delivered.
