Frequently asked questions
On a student's first visit to a Group Connect, a student would look for a Grace Students team member, in the Kid's Wing check in area. The student would let us know that he or she is a first time guest and our team members will help start the registration process. A form will be completed with required contact and allergy information. Once registered, the student will have a security label that is printed each time he or she visits. Parents/guardians are welcome to be present during this process, but are not required.
Grace Students meets every Wednesday evening from 7:00pm - 9:00pm.
* In case of cancellation, please refer to our featured events page or Instagram at @gracestudentsgcc
Yes! Grace Students meets every Wednesday all year from 7:00pm - 9:00pm.
Safety is one of our highest priorities. Each student is required to check in so we have a record of who is in the building. We also take paper attendance in case of an emergency. Every leader and team member in the building is required to complete a shadowing process and turn in all of their clearances. They must also sign Grace's Child Protection Policy and are trained on Grace's emergency procedures and protocols. Finally, each weekly Group Connect is monitored by a security team who are committed to making sure the student's are kept safe.
At Grace Students, we hold weekly Group Connect nights on Wednesdays from 7-9:00pm. Students from grades 7th-12th attend for a time of community and to grow in their faith. These nights consist of activities, small group discussion, a Biblical lesson, food and much more! Group Connect nights are an excellent way for your student to be in community, create friendships and grow closer to Christ.
Yes, during each Group Connect, students meet in their small groups for an hour. All 7th-12th graders meet in their specific small group assigned by grade and gender. Each small group is facilitated by leaders who have been screened and have all their clearances. Small group time is an excellent way for the students to be in an authentic, transparent community.
