About the job
This position will be responsible for upholding and advancing the culture and philosophy of worship at Grace Community Church. This includes leading and developing the music ministry, as well as leading worship through music during our weekend services. The Worship Pastor will seek to cultivate an authentic heart of worship that helps people engage with God and prepares their hearts to receive and respond to the teaching of His Word.
The ideal candidate will have a growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and be familiar with Grace Community Church culture in order to give the best representation of who God has called Grace to be.
